Using the globe, begin at the center of the face and work upward and outward following the cheek bone structure towards the hairline.

Using the globe, begin at the center of your chin and work your way outwards following your jaw bone towards the hairline. Repeat on both sides.
Eye Area
Using the rounded tip, gently roll from the inner corner of the eye outward. This light motion reduces puffiness and helps soothe tired eyes. Repeat on both sides.
Forehead
Starting from the top of the eyebrows, use the globe in an upward direction across the forehead.
